Are the Corinth Group Swiss AGs Regulated?

The Corinth Group operates through six Swiss Aktiengesellschaft (AG) entities, all registered at Stadtgartenweg 6, 7000 Chur, Switzerland. None of these entities appears on the FINMA register of authorised financial institutions, and none holds a banking licence, securities dealer licence, or collective investment scheme licence from FINMA. The Six Swiss AGs

The six entities are: Corinth Investment Holdings AG (CHE-102.223.770), Corinth Management Services AG (CHE-103.982.016), C-Capital Group AG (CHE-108.684.891, formerly CCG Curatio Capital Group AG), C-Software Solutions AG (CHE-101.372.769, formerly Raytrad AG), Corinth Investments AG (CHE-114.816.959, formerly Gabari SA), and Corinth Investment Services AG (CHE-135.599.437). All six have Jurate Kairiene as sole signatory with individual signature authority. [Source: Swiss Commercial Register]

Dormant Company Acquisition Pattern

Five of the six Swiss AGs were pre-existing dormant companies that were acquired and renamed — a pattern documented in the Swiss commercial register through sequential name changes. For example, Corinth Investment Holdings AG was formerly Photo Max Wagner AG, then Centra Investment AG. Corinth Management Services AG was formerly Mario Poltera Architekturburo AG, then Rhea Investments AG. C-Capital Group AG was formerly CCG Curatio Capital Group AG (renamed April 2025). A company bearing a CHE number registered years earlier may appear to have longer corporate heritage than its current form warrants. [Source: Swiss Commercial Register, Zefix historical records]

Sole Signatory Structure

Jurate Kairiene (Lithuanian, b. 29 December 1967) holds sole signatory authority with individual signing rights across all six entities. Kairiene is identified in public records as the wife of Martin Walter Model, who is described by multiple independent sources as the directing mind of the Corinth Group network. This concentration of formal authority in a single individual across all entities is a structural feature documented in the commercial register. [Source: Swiss Commercial Register, Zefix]

FINMA Regulatory Framework

In Switzerland, entities that manage collective investment schemes, operate as banks, or act as securities dealers require FINMA authorisation. FINMA maintains a public register of all authorised entities. A search of this register for "Corinth," the registered address at Stadtgartenweg 6, and the names of all known principals returns no results. FINMA also maintains a warning list of entities that may be operating without required authorisation — this list should be checked for the most current information.
