Did the Corinth Group Sell Golden Passports?

The Corinth Capital RAIF included a "Naturalization Estate Fund" sub-fund. This fund was designed specifically for the Cyprus Investment Programme (CIP) — commonly known as "golden passports" — with a EUR 2 million minimum investment matching the CIP threshold.

The RAIF was registered in July 2020, just weeks before the Al Jazeera "Cyprus Papers" investigation led to the programme's termination in November 2020.

The CySEC AIFM license for Corinth Fund Management Ltd was subsequently revoked on 3 October 2022. The RAIF was dissolved on 13 January 2023.
