What Happened to the Corinth Capital RAIF?

Corinth Capital RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd (HE 409232) was dissolved on 13 January 2023, shortly after CySEC revoked the AIFM license of its fund manager Corinth Fund Management Ltd on 3 October 2022.

The RAIF had 5 sub-funds including a "Naturalization Estate Fund" — designed for the Cyprus Investment Programme (golden passports) with a EUR 2M minimum investment matching the CIP threshold. The fund was registered in July 2020, just weeks before the Al Jazeera Cyprus Papers scandal led to programme termination.

Directors included Dr. Gerhard Waldheim (Harvard MBA), Dr. Conrad Weinmann (Corinth's lawyer), Andreas Matsas (dual governance role), Socrates Fekkas (EXNESS CEO, dual-role conflict with SCSS), and Matthias Baechler (Corinth insider).
