Regulatory Status

What Was the CySEC AIFM License Revocation?

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) granted an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) license (AIFM48/56/2013) to Corinth Fund Management Ltd in approximately February 2022.

CySEC revoked this license on 3 October 2022 — after only 7.5 months. This is an extraordinarily fast regulatory action. License revocations typically follow serious compliance failures.

The Corinth Capital RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd was subsequently dissolved on 13 January 2023. The RAIF had included a "Naturalization Estate Fund" designed for the Cyprus Investment Programme (golden passports).
