Regulatory Status

Why Is the Corinth Group Not Regulated by Any Financial Authority?

No Corinth Group entity currently holds financial regulatory authorisation from any authority. This is despite the group's website claiming to operate “registered and licensed investment funds.”

The CySEC Episode

The only regulatory licence ever obtained was a CySEC AIFM licence (AIFM48/56/2013) granted to Corinth Fund Management Ltd in approximately February 2022. CySEC revoked this licence on 3 October 2022 — after approximately 7.5 months. The Corinth Capital RAIF was subsequently dissolved in January 2023 [CySEC AIFM register].

No FINMA Authorisation

Despite operating six Swiss AGs and presenting itself as a Swiss investment group, no Corinth entity appears on the FINMA register of authorised financial institutions. A search of the FINMA register for “Corinth,” the Stadtgartenweg 6 address, and all known principal names returns zero results [FINMA register, accessed 2026].

No FCA Authorisation

Despite operating twenty or more UK companies and presenting a London/Kent presence, no Corinth or Three Tuns entity appears on the FCA register as an authorised or exempt firm [FCA register, accessed 2026].

Implications

Entities collecting advance fees for financial services without appropriate regulatory authorisation may be operating unlawfully in multiple jurisdictions. The lack of regulation means no investor protection schemes, no complaints handling procedures, and no regulatory oversight of client funds.
