All six Corinth Group Swiss entities are registered at Stadtgartenweg 6, 7000 Chur, in Canton Graubünden. This address also houses Montana AG Treuhand, a trust company associated with Martin Model associate Matthias Baechler. Every entity lists Jurate Kairiene — identified in public records as Lithuanian national born December 1967, resident of Seewis im Prättigau — as president and sole signatory with individual signature authority.
