Graubünden Investment Scam Investigation
An independent investigation documents advance fee fraud allegations against entities registered in Graubünden canton, eastern Switzerland.
The Scheme Described by Complainants
Multiple independent complainants describe an identical pattern: introduction to a professional-sounding investment entity, presentation of a term sheet for corporate funding, payment of an advance fee (typically EUR 20,000 to EUR 80,000+), followed by delays, scripted excuses, and eventual silence. No complainant has publicly reported receiving the promised funding [Ripoff Report #1134964; Diebewertung.de].
The Graubünden Entities
Six Swiss AGs are registered at Stadtgartenweg 6, 7000 Chur, Graubünden. All are controlled by Jurate Kairiene as sole signatory. Martin Walter Model, a Swiss economist residing in Seewis Dorf, Graubünden, is identified by complainants as the operational controller who does not appear in any corporate register [Swiss Commercial Register].
Five Identity Changes
The investigation documents at least five corporate identity changes since approximately 2004: APAHML → Arcis Consortium → Curatio Capital → Corinth Group → Three Tuns. Each rebrand was followed by continued advance fee collection under the new identity. The Graubünden-registered entities represent the "Corinth Group" and partly the "Three Tuns" phases of this chain.
